07/24/'26: My concept album "Shadows" is now available from all the usual streaming portals as well as at Bandcamp. It has been released by Score and More Music. This remastered edition of a previously unreleased concept album was inspired by Peter Straub's novel "Koko". The Vietnam War, serial killings and abuse in many forms found their way into a complex story and thus into my music. The album plays like the soundtrack for an unrealized movie. Asian and jazz influences combine with abstract soundscapes and more traditional scoring into seven lengthy compositions. 10/25/'25: Khadar Ayderus Ahmed's THE EARTH HAS EARS was recently shown at the Helsinki International Film Festival. 03/22/'25: TETA was awarded a special mention at the Zawya Short Film Festival.
